Remote filesystems over SSH

Some datasets are too large, or too externally managed, to copy into Dagger's cache just to read them. A new Volume object mounts a remote path over SSH straight into a container — a live, two-way view, with nothing snapshotted into the content store. Build one from an SDK with sshfsVolume(), or pass an sshfs:// address on the command line, then attach it with Container.withMountedVolume. A Volume is opaque — it exposes only its id — so you can hand one to a module as a capability without leaking the endpoint or the credentials behind it.
