Test-aware CI

Most CI platforms treat test results as opaque log output — you paste in a JUnit XML parser, wire up a third-party dashboard, and hope the formatting holds. Dagger Cloud understands your tests natively. It detects OpenTelemetry test semantic conventions in your traces and renders a built-in test explorer: full hierarchy, pass/fail/skip status, logs, and duration for every test. No plugins, no configuration, no separate test analytics product. Any framework that emits standard OTel test attributes lights up automatically.
